It's warming up and the desert is in bloom. We invite you to mingle the comfort of the dinner table, and of a chef-prepared meal, with the vastness of the Sonoran Desert this April 29th.
For this dinner, we welcome Tamara Stanger and Dustin Hazer of Helio Basin Brewery to share an elevated meal with beer pairing under the stars.

Third | Cedar Smoked Mussels - soppressata broth, baby nopales, hoja santa
Fourth | Fallow Deer Tenderloin - carrot butter, watercress, mulberry, chaparral sage
Dessert | Chocolate-covered Beer Mallows, Barrel Cactus Pate de Fruits
