Sedona, AZ has long been regarded as a mecca for natural healing and exploration, so when taking the Verde Series up North for the summer, it only felt right to host our second ever elevated cannabis experience among the towering red rocks and evergreen orchards of the famed Oak Creek Canyon. In partnership with Copperstate Farms, we are excited to invite you to experience Volume II of the Verde Series: High Country.

Guests will be transported to one of our most enchanting, forested natural sites to enjoy a creekside cannabis-infused dining experience. We’ll begin the evening with infused mocktails and passed bites, enjoying a live performance by MACKandgold, smokeables, and comfortable creekside lounges. At sunset, we’ll gather at tables snaking along the creek for a magical CBD and THC infused meal. The Verde Series allows guests to “choose their own adventure” so you can turn on or off dosed elements at any time throughout the evening to tailor your experience to your cannabis comfort level and create the perfect mood. 

Cloth & Flame Executive Chef of Emerging Markets, Nick Rusticus, will prepare an expertly-infused, creative five-course meal. Nick has perfected his craft in some of Phoenix’s most prestigious kitchens, including Binkley’s Restaurant and iL Tocco, and now leads the cutting edge of Cloth & Flame’s culinary programming bringing his incredible skill and inventive dishes to our most innovative events.

This will be an alcohol-free event, but infused mocktails will be flowing freely. The meal will be infused with 10mg THC and 10mg CBD and include the following dishes:

passed apps

        miso glazed mushroom, pistachios, smoked romesco

        smoked salmon, mesquite johnny cake, pickled cipollini, mustard

1st course

        peaches, beets, cucumbers, sourdough gremolata, black pepper feta

2nd course

        orecchiette, roasted onions, summer squash, sweet corn, cannabis pesto

3rd course

        achiote crusted pork, sweet potato, blackberry mole

4th course

        blue cornmeal cake, lavender agave, whipped goat cheese

        brown butter churros, dulce de leche

        horchata ice cream, toasted pecans, dark chocolate

After dinner we invite guests to stay a while—enjoy the atmosphere and get comfortable in a hammock lounge, take a celestial journey through the Sedona night sky with renowned astronomer and star guide Dennis Young, enjoy the healing vibrations of Sedona during an immersive sound bath experience by Grit and Grace Meditation, and indulge in an array of passed desserts while sipping on Ixora Coffee in the canyon.

A portion of proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Last Prisoner Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform. We recognize that while we can now enjoy the benefits of recreational cannabis legally in Arizona, there are still many people unjustly incarcerated and/or suffering from the effects of cannabis-related charges. We support the Last Prisoner Project in their fight to decriminalize cannabis and redress the injustices created by unfair drug policy. Copperstate Farms has generously offered to match our donation.

Shuttle transportation from Central Sedona to the event site will be provided to guests at no additional charge. There is no parking available on-site.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21+ and bring identification to the experience. A signed waiver will also be required for admittance into the experience. 

There will NOT be cannabis for sale at the event, nor are you paying for cannabis with your ticket purchase. Cannabis is being donated by an individual consistent with AZ law. 

TICKET PRICE IS PER PERSON. Please include any other party you are booking within the NOTES section when checking out. Tables will be limited to a maximum size of eight guests. 

IMPORTANT: We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please let us know in the NOTES section when checking out if anyone in your party has needs we should be aware of, including if you would like a non-cannabis infused meal. Dietary restrictions received within 36 hours of event start will likely not receive the planned curated substitutions for affected courses.

*Due to the nature of our experiences, we are not able to refund canceled seats. All seats are transferable! So, if life happens and you're unable to make it, please just give us a call with the new guest's information.
