The West has a certain lore. And we’re inviting you to experience our version of it with (OUT) WEST, exploring the adventurous flavors of, and built at the intersection of, our favorite Wests.
This limited series will offer sittings across a trio of iconic California locations, including Malibu on November 18.
Set atop the hills of Malibu, with stunning views of the Pacific and a welcome ocean breeze, this exclusive culinary experience will pair a deliciously prepared meal, with the bold flavors of Westward Whiskey — conceived, aged in and inspired by the American Northwest.
Guests will also be introduced to or have the opportunity to get reacquainted with Westward Whiskey, whiskey built around process rather than tradition, served as artful cocktail pairings. This award-winning whiskey is brewed like a craft ale, distilled like a single malt and aged like a bourbon. And it will act as a bold sidekick to every basque bite.
Our friends at Will + Bear will be on hand to help you top off your experience with one (or more!) of their handcrafted, wool hats available for purchase — inspired by outdoor adventure and anchored by a commitment to earth-friendly materials. You’ll have the opportunity to select from their timeless designs and we’ll bring whimsical add-ons, like hat scarves, that allow you to customize your new hat.
