We know it's about to get hot! So we have been brainstorming a few creative ways to keep our dinners accessible for our valley friends. This June 16th we are teaming up with The Graduate Hotel & San Tan Brewing for a summer time elevated back-yard dinner - don't worry, we'll bring the misters!

This event's menu:
Welcome | Fresh oyster “piggyback” with BBQ pork and Pecan Butter
First Course | Little gem and panisse lettuce, avocado, tomato, blue cheese vinaigrette
Second Course | Smoked Trout rillettes, pistachio w/ herb salad and salmoriglio sauce
Third Course | Filet Mignon w/ corn souffle, piccalilli, Devil’s Ale reduction
Dessert | Almond pineapple tatin with vanilla bean gelato
Each course will feature it's own unique beer pairing

*Due to the nature of our dinners, we are not able to refund canceled seats. However, all seats at our dinners are transferable, so if life happens and you're unable to make it, please just give us a call with the new guest's information.
