Love expereinces and creating alongside our growing local community? Enjoy great food and intimate dinners in stunning and unique locations?
We're seeking like-minded folks to join our collective of event crew. This is an opportunity to join our hospitality-forward team occasionally (or frequently) on your schedule. We send out dates, and you claim the shifts that work for you. No serving or prior event production experience is necessary.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Event collective team members are considered independent contractors and are paid per shift. You are also welcome to attend our community events free of charge after working 8 events.
This opportunity is a fun partnership and a way to earn extra money whenever an event works for your schedule. You might be a server looking for something fun to fill the gaps in your schedule, a business owner seeking a creative outlet and connection to the community, a tour guide looking for gig work, or a full-time professional who would love to spend their weekends creating something beautiful with a great group of people in the wilderness.
You can sign up for as few or as many events as you'd like, as often as you'd like. We often hire from within, so this is a great place to start if you want to become a full-time member of our event or leadership team.
