This summer, escape to the red rocks and star-filled skies of Sedona, Arizona to experience an exciting new dinner series.

Join us on select Fridays & Saturdays from June through September as we set our table atop one of the most iconic Mesas in the state, overlooking incredible landscapes of Capitol Butte and the Red Rock Secret Mountain Wilderness.

Our talented team (and some exciting drop-in collaborators) will prepare five-course wood-fired, family-style menus built around locality and community with big shared plates, featuring all that is fresh and seasonal in summertime Northern AZ.

The full series of dinners is expertly paired with wines you'll select in advance through our wine partner, Indian Gardens Cafe and Market (who you might know for their iconic Flagstaff mainstay, Pizzicletta). Purchase your favorite bottle(s) to enjoy throughout the evening, with your guests, or with new friends made at the table!

The menu will change each weekend so you can expect to experience something new and delicious each time you attend. The unchanging parts are Sedona’s inspiring and adventurous spirit and the incredible community that forms around a shared table. 

Please note: In the event of undesirable weather, the dinner will be moved to an indoor location (with a view!) at Venue on the Mesa.

Welcome

vanilla bean compressed cantaloupe + rum creme fraiche + smoked sea salt + mint

black garlic meatball + grape preserve + pecorino romano + micro basil

Bread

parmesan focaccia + herb whipped butter + olive oil + truffle sea salt 

Pasta

roasted garlic gnocchi + smoked vidalia onion + rainbow chard + herb oil + parmigiano reggiano + picked herbs

First

rocket lettuce + charred beet + mineola orange + goat cheese + beetroot carolina BBQ vinaigrette + spicy candy corn puffed grains 

Entree

achiote rubbed skirt steak + crispy heirloom fingerling + charred alliums + baby bell pepper salsa verde 

Dessert

mesquite chocolate cake + espresso ganache + salted vanilla bean chantilly + cocoa Nib

We are excited to partner with Indian Gardens to offer you an exclusive variety of organic and natural wines, including bubbles, rose, white, orange, red, and non-alcoholic, that can be pre-purchased separately from your dinner ticket.

Please place your wine order using THIS LINK (password: c&fwine) at least 7 days before your event date. When checking out, please read the instructions and note that your wine(s) will be delivered to your dinner table on-site.

Other non-alcoholic options, such as soft drinks and sparkling waters, will be offered as part of the dinner ticket price. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

We are happy to accommodate food allergies; religious restrictions; and vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian lifestyles. No substitutions allowed. Our chef team will create curated adjustments to the set menu as necessary.
