Dedicated to changing the mentality of the "normal" dining experience, SHIFT specializes in family-style shared plates of new American cuisine. Owner and Pastry Chef, Dara Wong, is known for her passion for pastries and penchant for perfection, which comes across in all she does. She developed her skills while working for some of the most notable names in the industry, including Daniel Humm and Marc Vetri. Award-winning chef, George Murkowicz, is the visionary behind Shift’s culinary program, through which he treats patrons to an artful experience they will savor for a lifetime. Formerly of Sedona’s L’Auberge and Santa Barbara’s Scarlett Begonia, Chef George fuses European and American cuisine in his carefully curated farm-to-table dishes.

Together, this duo challenges diners to look beyond typical "mountain town food" and embrace the restaurant's locally-driven menu and artfully composed plates served in a casual and approachable atmosphere. Now, they’re bringing their cuisine creekside for an exclusive dining experience among the splendor of Sedona's famed Oak Creek Canyon.
