When you step out into our carefully curated outdoor spaces, rest assured that health, cleanliness, and safety are always our top priority.
The safety and well-being of our guests, team, and partners are always our highest priority and we would like to personally assure you we are taking all steps necessary to maintain the safety standards outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Despite the recent loosening of government-mandated restrictions, all of our established Covid-19 safety protocols remain intact and in practice for the safety of our guests and our team.
Whatever the event, we want you to know that our time together will be safe and offer an unforgettable experience in wide-open, iconic outdoor spaces.
Steps we’re taking to ensure the safety of our guests and team:
∙ All Cloth & Flame events will be held in one of our 52 (and growing) scenic outdoor spaces.
∙ Events will be limited in attendance in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines where such guidelines exist.
∙ C&F Staff will continue to practice meticulous cleanliness routines, including frequent and thorough hand washing and sanitizing of surfaces with CDC-approved cleaning products.
∙ Ongoing education and training for our team members about maintaining good health and staying home when ill.
∙ We have adjusted our seating arrangements to accommodate for social distancing measures, without sacrificing our familiar ambience and distinctive design ethos.
∙ We work with every group individually to develop a custom action plan to suit your unique vision, while ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members.
Will my guests and I be required to wear masks?
Many municipalities have issued declarations requiring guests to wear face masks indoors and outdoors if they are not able to physically distance. Per these declarations, you are not required to wear a mask if you are eating, drinking, your religious beliefs prevent you from wearing a mask OR if you are surrounded by family members and can maintain six feet of space from another party. Cloth & Flame is currently only hosting events outdoors, in spaces where there is ample room for distancing and moving about, but masks will be required for those moments when social distancing is not possible.
