We're excited to announce our first-ever community dinner in Sonoita, Arizona to kick off the Rosé All Day festival, created by our friends at Dos Cabezas Wineworks, Callaghan Vineyards and Arizona Hops & Vines. Our long table will be situated on stunning conserved grasslands within the inimitable and seemingly endless Babacomari Ranch.
 
Our team is feeling inspired by the diverse and rich history of the area, and each course will further tell that story. Wine selections from each vineyard will be shared throughout the dinner, and we'll hear from the amazing people that have made the region what it is by growing, producing, and caring for this remarkable corner of the map.

First course - local strawberry, tomato and gem lettuce salad with a Crow's Dairy feta cheese and citrus vinaigrette 

Second  course - hog's head cheese, marinated fava beans, fennel and cucumbers, beer mustard, grilled noble toast

Third  course - short rib bourguignon, braised mirepoix, fire roasted fingerling potatoes 

Dessert - Warm rye fudge brownie, local strawberry, orange whipped cream, candied pecans
