We're opening Arizona Beer Week with a special beer pairing dinner in collaboration with Huss brewing and the City of Phoenix Parks. We'll be playing up Huss's distinct Papago Brewing beers in the area from which the brand draws its name; the stunning Papago Buttes.  

The dinner will pair five unique courses with five beers from both Huss & Papago, all in the commanding presence of the unmistakable red rockfaces that define the area. We are creating this dinner not only to share an evening with our community but to support a space that holds personal significance for both the Huss & C&F teams, and in a way that doesn't impact the wilderness. All profit will be donated to support responsible-use programming at the park.

Welcome - Oysters Rockefeller

First Course - Roasted beets with corn pancakes and pickled turnips

Second Course - Seared ora king salmon with dill Sauce, bok choy and broccoli greens

Third Course - Smoked ribeye with grilled red romaine, caulilini, marjoram gremolata

Dessert - Chocolate mousse with Huss Koffee Kolsh, toffee crunch meringue
