This June 22nd, escape to cooler temperatures with us and join our table in the high desert for a lovely evening of cocktails, local wine, and a 5-course chef-prepared meal inspired by our beautiful state and created with ingredients sourced right here. 

Even lovelier, turn the trip into an overnight by reserving luxury tent accommodations for the evening, or use the property as a home base for explorations of one of the world's greatest marvels (the South Rim is a 25-min drive from the property). Under Canvas is offering all dinner attendees 10% off overnight stays on June 21, 22, and 23.

Welcome -  chilled sopa de ajo with parmesan crostini

First course -  artisan toast with grilled peaches - whipped ricotta - greens - vinaigrette

Second course - roasted bone marrow with a churro crumb and agave-mango glaze

Third course - smoked pork loin with Meyer lemon preserves - spring vegetables - first harvest corn - couscous - peach and apricot sauce

Dessert - pineapple-upside down cake with brown sugar creme
