At Cloth & Flame, we’re always eager to explore uncharted territories and find a way to bring to life impossibly unique experiences for our community, especially when they are rooted in nature and connectivity. That’s why we’re thrilled to be one of the first to bring elevated cannabis experiences to the public. Through our new Verde Series, we’re providing an entirely new type of Cloth & Flame dining experience that connects people to nature, and their community, like never before.
In partnership with Copperstate Farms, we are proud to announce Volume I of the Verde Series: Homegrown, bringing together the best of the AZ cannabis industry to offer guests a truly homegrown cannabis experience in the first event of its kind. Join us in Downtown Phoenix for a five-course cannabis-infused dining experience under the stars. Guests will “choose their own adventure” as they enjoy dosed dishes and mocktails, plus smokeables and edibles throughout the evening.
Copperstate Farms is one of the largest greenhouse cannabis producers in North America, with over 1.7 million square feet of canopy and 40 lush acres under glass at their impressive facility in Snowflake, AZ. Their sungrown wellness products are artfully cultivated and span across four Sol Flower dispensary locations and five unique brands to serve all different needs and consumers. Copperstate Farms continues to put Arizona on the map when it comes to cannabis production.
Visionary cannabis chef, Teresa Hansen, will be joining Nick Rusticus and the Cloth & Flame Culinary team for the creation of an expertly infused, highly creative five-course meal. Not only is Teresa the head chef and general manager of Good Things Coming, the chef-made precision-dosed edible brand by Copperstate Farms, but she is the Founder and Owner of High Vibe Kitchen Collective where she takes cannabis consumers on an elevated culinary journey of health, happiness, and connection. She’s a seasoned Personal Chef and Certified Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in various nutrition and culinary disciplines and is an expert on cooking with cannabis, hemp, and other adaptogenic plants.
While this experience is not recommended for first-time cannabis users, non-dosed food and beverage will be available. Please leave a note at checkout if you prefer a cannabis-free meal. This will be an alcohol-free event, but infused mocktails will be flowing freely.
Musical journey provided courtesy of HI-DREAMS, helmed by Phoenix crate curator MITCH FREEDOM spinning a vinyl set featuring sounds from all around. Expect helpings of both old-school and contemporary R&B + Funk + Soul + Jazz + Electro + World Music that will add the perfect complimentary flavors to this eclectic evening.
Guests will also experience captivating visuals by Phoenix-based artists, Joey Dougherty of Purdy Lites and Malia Hee, known for creating mind-bending live analog visual experiences and multi-media installations for the likes of FORM Arcosanti, Desert Daze, and Meow Wolf. Dougherty combines old-school video technology, classic analog lighting effects, ambitious installation design, and creative performance techniques to craft mesmerizing, interactive installations and live visual projections.
A portion of proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Last Prisoner Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform. We recognize that while we can now enjoy the benefits of recreational cannabis legally in Arizona, there are still many people unjustly incarcerated and/or suffering from the effects of cannabis-related charges. We support the Last Prisoner Project in their fight to decriminalize cannabis and redress the injustices created by unfair drug policy. Copperstate Farms and Purdy Lites have generously offered to match our donation.
Please join us in Downtown Phoenix:
